Oh yes, a longer breath out, sitting in the shade, cooling down. Thank you Els 💚

Until I read this, I had never thought governments were there to protect us. I realise my feeling of mistrust towards any government. Oh dear. It's just my personal view. However, talking about the immune systems of both collective and individual bodies, I wonder if my mistrust of something that could protect me is actually contributing to the imbalance in my autoimmune system and inflammation. Maybe an insight, and something to ponder.

Thank you for this email. It landed in my psyche at just the right moment. Been feeling pretty heavy today. Will soon be teaching a Restorative Yoga class and will pass on your insight through conscious relaxation. Thanks again. So grateful.

Thank you, Linda for your sharing.

Yes, INFLAMMATION, I carry this word in me for some months now, and even more the last days. I feel it as a driving force on many levels and layers, and it feels wild in an unnatural way, and frantic, total out of balance. We need to cool down! To sit in the shadow (and I also mean by this: not wanting to be in the picture all the time, to be the most important person in the world, to be better then the other(s), to take it all for oneself, ....). Where is our humbleness gone, our wish to honour the earth, the lives of all sentient beings, our humanity. We need to slow down... to ... to ... We need to breath out... This is not much. But let's do that too, just breath out a little bit longer then usually being taken away by all of it.

Loving greetings,

Els
